About Coach Nicole

Life Coach, Lay Minister, Wife, Mom, God’s Favorite Kid, and all around Spicy Visionary—that’s me! My purpose is to help you live boldly and to fully step into the calling of God on YOUR life for ministry and for service (2 Timothy 1:6-7).

I am the founder and Chief Visionary Officer at Foundational Gifts Life & Leadership Coaching. I am a pioneer podcaster and former host (2009-2017) of the Foundational Gifts weekly podcast on the Christian Women Affiliate Network. I am a very active member in my multi-site church, CrossPoint United Methodist Church in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, where I serve in leadership, teaching, and preaching ministries that fit well with my life mission.

I hold certifications as a Christian life coach and as a conflict mediator. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, I worked for over twenty years in the field of health and human services as a volunteer, organizer, intern, counselor, supervisor, program director, and chief executive. Currently, I am a curriculum developer and adjunct college professor in higher education, specializing in the first year experience for non-traditional students and in health care administration.

I live outside of Hershey, Pennsylvania with my amazing husband, Vincent, and my dog and infant stand-in, Brady. Our daughter, Lindsey, is a college student who is building her own music business. We visit my hometown of Detroit, Michigan often to see my mother and other family members. I am inspired to persevere in my ministry by my grandmother, who still influences me although she passed away in 2016. She was a minister starting at age 10 ½, and she served faithfully for over 70 years.
